Hotel Reservations: A room block has been secured offsite at Home2Suites by Hilton and Candlewood Suites by IHG for our guests. The room blocks are for the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights, November 12, 13 and 14, with departure on Saturday, November 15.

Farm Bureau Member Memorial

  • Please submit the names of deceased county Farm Bureau Federation members to Kelly Carpenter at kcarpenter@wyfb.org by October 3. If available, please include one photo of each member.
  • REMINDER: We cannot accept deceased member submissions at the Annual Meeting as the presentation will be finalized prior to the meeting.

WyFB Foundation Silent Auction and General Door Prizes:

  • The WyFB Foundation will hold the fourth annual silent auction at the awards banquet on Friday, November 14. All auction proceeds will go to the Foundation.
  • We have divided counties into two groups. One group will be responsible for bringing a silent auction item with a minimum value of $75, and one group will be responsible for bringing a door prize item with a minimum value of $25.
    • Counties Responsible for Silent Auction Items: Campbell, Converse, Crook, Goshen, Johnson, Laramie, Natrona, Niobrara, Platte, Sheridan, and Weston
    • Counties Responsible for Door Prizes: Albany, Big Horn, Carbon, Fremont, Hot Springs, Lincoln, Park, Sweetwater, Uinta, and Washakie
