Farm Bureau’s strength is in our grassroots involvement.  The local level is where it all begins for the work we all do for agriculture here in Wyoming and across the nation.  The Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmer & Rancher Committee appreciates the work county Farm Bureaus do to surface young leaders in our organization.  The County Involvement 4-Step Program is a way to recognize the county Farm Bureaus for their work and encourage growth in county YF&R programs.
